Francisco Dominguez, Operations Manager Brand Addition Global ba.alliance Partnership Program

Introduce yourself

I´m Francisco Dominguez – an Operations Manager at Brand Addition working on our Global ba.Alliance Partnership Program

Your journey, where you started to where you are now

+10y ago I started on our client service team! It was an obvious first step so I could use my language skills to service some of our European clients. Through a lot of guidance and support from our Management team, I have worked for different teams in several positions, ranging from Client Service support to Merchandiser to Team Leader, Account Manager… you name it, if it is in our HQ office “second floor”, I´ve probably done it !

How has Brand Addition helped you grow as a person?

I have learned a lot from the people around me over the years – not always only from a professional side, but also from a personal one! Having my family in a different country, it was always important to me to create a support network and some people at Brand Addition have been that for me!

What do you like most about your role?

Definitely, the global aspect of it. I get to talk to people all around the world every day. I can have a morning “virtual coffee” with our partners in Japan in the morning, chat with our partners in India in the afternoon, and finish my day talking to Mexico in the early evening. I am constantly learning cultural differences in ways of working, ways of communicating, and ways of negotiating … I find it all fascinating. I find myself adapting to each situation and looking at it from different perspectives – so listening and adapting is very important in my job.

What makes Brand Addition a great place to work?

Personally, for me, the most valuable aspect has been the people working around me. Putting that aside, we get to work with fantastic clients with very reputable brands and very fascinating stories. Our job overall is to help them deliver their messages using merchandise in different aspects of their communication ( external to clients, internal to staff…) – I find it very exciting and interesting to be a part of that!
