Hi, I’m Marcia, the Business Manager for the BA London office. I manage the business's day-to-day operations.  

 

Your journey, where you started to where you are now

I started 35 years ago when we were known as Product Plus, working as an audio and shorthand typist (hopefully, some of you will know what these are!). Over the coming years, I had the opportunity, with great guidance and support from the company, being able to grow across each department into a variety of roles, from administration duties to logistics, Buying and now settled in the leadership role of overseeing the day-to-day operation of the office, as well as

Throughout my journey, the people I've worked with, both past and present, have played a significant role in my growth. Their support, motivation, and strength have guided me through each career step. 

What do you like most about your role?

One of the aspects I enjoy most about my role is the opportunity to meet and work with the diverse and talented individuals around me. Their unique perspectives and skills enrich our work and make each day interesting and rewarding.
